1. Download and install Bank Rec
2. Import your Bank and G/L Excel or csv files using our Import Wizard.
3. Run the Matching process.
In addition, if you want – kick off a Reconciliation Report and you’ll be prompted to enter your beginning and ending balances. If you’re out of balance, the system will recommend and enter an adjustment to bring you into balance.
You’re all done!
If you’d like, fine tune the matching process and add your own rules to increase your matching percentage.
When you’re ready to license, simply enter your license codes. All of your work is saved, nothing to download.

Designed to match any two sets of data, whether bank accounts, G/L accounts – or even non-financial data.
When records are matched, they are assigned an audit trail group number which links them together for research and reporting. We also note the period they were matched in to enable period sensitive reporting.
You can use our own pre-built matching rules – and you can add your own matching rules.
What happens if a record is not matched?
All unmatched items are rolled forward to each subsequent accounting period until they are matched.
For one-off matches, we provide a Manual Matching Window where you can specify additional matches.
